The Fidelis Team

Fidelis comprises of the following team of professionals with a total of over 30 years’ experience in the global services sector.

1. Yaj Lotun (Mauritian) LLB (Business Law), MIoD, Associate STEP

Yaj is the Head of the Management & Legal Team of Fidelis and has an extensive number of years experience in the corporate and commercial sector, with focus in the global sector, private clients and wealth.

2. Jacques Tsang Man Kin (Mauritian), Bsc (Econ), LLB

Jacques is a practising barrister in Mauritius since 1978. He was admitted to The Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn in 1976.He studied for his Bsc Economics at the London School of Economics.

3. Jacques Eddy Tong Sam (Mauritian), LLB, MSc, MBCS

Eddy holds a MSc, MBCS degree in Information Technology. Eddy is an Accredited Mediator (SPC, UK), a Trainer in Law and I.T. (MQA Approved), a Cyber law Lecturer at the University of Mauritius and an Accredited Buzan Mapper.

4. Nazia B Mungroo (Mauritian) BSc (Hons) Finance with Law

Nazia obtained her BSc Finance with Law degree in 2006 and is currently completing her final exams for the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA).

5. Vidyotma Lotun (Pooja) (Mauritian) BSc(Computer Science), OCA, MBA

Pooja obtained her BSc(Hons) Computer Science with Multimedia degree in 2004. She is also certified with Oracle as OCA (Oracle Certified Associate) and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
